CARTOON EVENTS, INC. POLICIES PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept payments in the form of checks or money order. Checks will be accepted if it is submitted at least 7 business days before the event. When we receive a check as form of payment you expressly authorize Cartoon Events, Inc. to electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus a processing fee up to the legal state limit, plus any applicable sales tax. If your check is returned for any reason you agree to pay any applicable bank charges and penalties allow under state law. Your use of a check for payment is your acceptance of these terms.
Credit Cards: We do no accept any credit cards. PRICES, POLICIES AND INSURANCE: Cartoon Events, Inc. reserves the right to change prices and terms & conditions without notice. Insurance: We are insured. If any person or place requires an additional insurance policy to be purchased for an event, we need at least 48 hours to process through our insurance company. The minimum cost is $135.00 per additional named. DELIVERY, PICK UP, SET UP & CONDITIONS OF RETURNED ITEMS Returned Items: All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Tables and chairs must be folded and stacked as they were delivered and stored on an enclosed area, safe from any weather conditions. Table linens must be cleaned and stored in paper bags, cardboard boxes or linen bags. Do not place linens in plastic bags; they will mildew. Mildew on tablecloths will be considered as damage. Any damage linen will be charge as a new purchase. Set Up: Cartoon Events, Inc. is not responsible for setting up or taking down tables, chairs, tablecloths or decorations. Additional fees will be applied for these services. This service must be arranged for prior to the Delivery/Pickup. ELECTRICITY & PARK AND CLUB HOUSE REGULATIONS Parks & Club Houses: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to confirm with the park or clubhouse that all the items rented or services from Cartoon Events, Inc. are allowed at the park or clubhouse. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not. ATTENDANTS: We always provide attendants to serve Fun Food Machines (Snow Cone, Popcorn & Cotton Candy), and Catering. Our attendants working on the Fun Food and Catering are there to tend their jobs only. If you need to serve drinks or food other than the ones you have ordered from Cartoon Events, Inc. you may hired: a Bartender for $35.00 per hour (minimum 4 hrs.) and a Waiter for $25.00 per hour (minimum 4 hrs.). You can request an attendant to tend an inflatable for $20.00 per hour (minimum 5 hrs). If you will be collecting money/tickets/stamping hands, etc. you will provide staff to do so for the entire duration for the event. Miami FL CANCELLATIONS Inclement Weather: Cancellation due to inclement weather must be made by 8:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Once our trucks are in route to the event, full payment is due rain or shine. We will always do our best to accommodate our clients if activities are postponed due to inclement weather, but once we are at the event, full payment is due.party rental miami, miami party |
